The Great Lakes Beadworkers Guild is very pleased to offer three days of workshops with Sherry Serafini.

“Sherry Serafini is a bead embroidery artist without fear. If an object inspires her, even if it’s an unconventional choice for jewelry, she will create an elaborate design around it. She wants her students to be fearless, too, and find their own creative paths. Unusual objects and shapes will become part of your beadwork when you take a class from Sherry.” (from Create Whimsy).

Within the classroom, she encourages her students to work outside of the guidelines she provides, never fearing taking risks. Sherry believes that there is never enough beauty in the world and believes everyone should take time to create. For more information and link to the Create Whimsy interview, visit her website.
